                           Cut to length - 9' (+/- 6")
                            No random length

QUALITY:               Must be sound with less than 50% rot inside bark,
                           2" of continuous wood around the outside of the log
                           must be visible.

                           Limbs and crotches must be cut flush wiht main stem.

                           Crook or sweep should not exceed 6" in any 9' portion
                           of the tree.  No dog legs.

                            Green wood only, no dead wood.  Summer cut wood should
                            be delivered within 2 months.
  

   OVERWEIGHT:          For loads in excess of 110,000 lbs. - price will
                                         decrease by $1/ton - This is policy of
                                         Louisiana-Pacific Corp.

LOGGER TRAINING:   All contractors / producers require SFI Logger Training Course
                                       to deliver poplar to Louisiana-Pacific.
