QUALITY:                 Wood must be reasonably straight and no seams, wormholes,
                                   dead wood, forks or other species will be accepted.  Butts and
                                   knots must be cut flush.  All diameters are measured inside the
                                   bark.  The wood must not be older than 3 months. 

 QUALITY BONUS:  Bonus will be paid based on studwood quality starting at 100 cords.
                                    The contractor / supplier who has an average deduction (cull) lower
                                    than 2% on studwood products will be eligible for the year end
                                    bonus of $5/cd.  A maximum of 25% pulp, of the total pulp and stud
                                    delivered, will be allowed.  $1/cord bonus (from studwood) will be
                                    deducted for every percentage higher than 25%.
